Shipping Policy for Play On Gear
At Play On Gear, we are committed to ensuring your orders reach you promptly and securely. Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
In case of delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen postal service disruptions, we will communicate these promptly.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping:
We offer a flat rate of ₹50 for shipping across India. Additionally, we provide free shipping for orders over ₹1,000.

Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for orders over ₹600 within India . For orders under ₹600, we charge a ₹50 delivery fee.
Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message at the phone number provided during checkout to confirm the delivery schedule.
Local delivery is available for the following postal codes: 410221.
In-Store Pickup
Skip the shipping fees with free in-store pickup at our [store location]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup, along with detailed instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: India and USA.
At this time, we do not ship to: all other.

FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS
Size Exchange
If you face any size issues with the delivered product, kindly email us at sports@playongear.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. If a reverse pickup facility is available at your 410221, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from the delivery address and deliver the exchanged size to you.
- Reverse pickup charges: These are borne by the customer and will be communicated before initiating the pickup.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your 410221, we request you to send the product back to us, clearly mentioning your name and mobile number on the package.
Important Notes:
- Size exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues that is done from our side.
- Exchanges are not applicable for product replacements or items purchased under discounts/offers.
- Once an item is sold, returns are not accepted.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery
For cases involving damaged or defective products or incorrect items sent, please notify us at sports@playongear.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement and dispatch it using the fastest courier service available.
When Exchange is Not Accepted
- Color Variations: A slight color variation (up to 10%) due to screen resolution or lighting is not eligible for exchange.
- Material or Color Preference: We ensure the use of high-quality materials, and detailed descriptions are provided on the product page. Please review all product details before placing your order.
Credit Vouchers: If issued for an exchange, they will be valid for 60 days.
CANCELLATIONS FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS
To cancel an order, please email us at sports@playongear.com within 48 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges (2.5%).
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Damaged/Wrong Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us at sports@playongear.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the product. We will offer a resolution promptly.
Additional Charges:
- All customs duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
- Reverse pickup services are not available for international orders.
Cancellations for International Customers
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at sports@playongear.com.
- If canceled within 48 hours, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method after deducting payment gateway charges (2.5%).
